Polyseamseal® Tub & Tile Adhesive Caulk
Polyseamseal Tub & Tile Adhesive Caulk is a premium quality, water based adhesive caulk that provides a water tight seal around sinks, and tubs and other kitchen and bath fixtures. Extra mildewcide is added to fight unsightly mold and mildew growth on the cured caulk. The adhesive strength of Tub & Tile makes it ideal for installing back splashes, and repairing loose tiles. Because of its self-leveling features, it requires little or no tooling to achieve a nice smooth bead.

Clean tools and excess caulk with soap & water before caulk dries.

Water-resistant seal
Remove old caulk. Silicone remaining on surface will decrease adhesion.
Clean thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, oil, wax, loose paint, dust and soap film.
Remove mildew with bleach and detergent that does not contain ammonia. Rinse surface and allow to dry.
Cut tip on a slant to desired bead size.
Insert cartridge in caulk gun.
Apply steady pressure forcing caulk onto surface for a smooth bead.
Smooth bead with wet finger or putty knife to desired appearance. Wipe off excess with damp cloth.
Paintable in 2 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Allow 24 hours before exposing to water.
Periodically clean cured caulk with non-abrasive cleanser for best appearance.
